Ever heard of before?

It's an event. I think you should know :p This event aim to show that hair loss should not be an obstacle for those who suffer cancer. This idea of shaving hair came from countries such as The United States, Singapore and Australia. And next Sunday 27th May 2012, Yayasan Pita Kuning Anak Indonesia – Community of Children with Cancer (YPKAI – C3) will host this social event. It will be held at Gandaria City, Jakarta, where we hope that almost 1000 people will be participating.

These are the main objectives of the event:

1.  Raise the Indonesian society’s awareness of child cancer
2. Fund Raising for YPKAI – C3, which will be used to fund cancer treatment for children suffering cancer`
3. Straighten misconceptions regarding cancer and therefore reduce the stigma of cancer patients in Indonesia.


Moved by the objectives? Well there're 5 ways to be a social Angel:

1. Shaves (donating their hair)
2. Money Donate (donating their money to shaves)
3. Buzzer (write on social media)
4. Agent (channel to company)
5. Freestyler (Doing anything to make the great event)

It should be noted, that on that special occasion, there would also be live performances of cool local bands/ singers such as Tompi, Maliq & D'essentials, Abdul & the Coffee Theory and many more :)
